At Anacosturas, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@anacosturas.com with your order details.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping fees may be deducted.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
